01Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing q889.ws, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

q889 reserves the right to refuse or reject any account registration at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04Age Verification & KYC

q889 operates a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services. Age verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement under q889's international gaming licence and is non-negotiable.

• Prior to processing any withdrawal request, q889 will require you to complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear, valid copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).
• q889 may also request additional supporting documents, including proof of address or source of funds, where required by licensing obligations or internal risk assessments.
• Account deposits and gameplay are permitted pending verification, but withdrawals will be withheld until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on q889 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits:

• q889 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, Bank Alfalah, and PKR Wallet. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at q889's discretion.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on your selected payment method.
• q889 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which q889 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your verified q889 account.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved. q889 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• q889 aims to process withdrawal requests same day for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times and any applicable security reviews.
• q889 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

06Bonuses & Promotions

q889 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published with each individual offer:

• Each promotional offer will specify its own eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit thresholds, and applicable games. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. Real money funds are used before bonus funds during gameplay unless otherwise stated.

07Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on q889, including cricket betting, sportsbook, live casino, slots, Pool Rummy, and 3 Gods Fishing:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. q889 accepts no liability for losses incurred through sports betting, casino games, or any other wagering activity on the platform.
• Bets are final once confirmed. q889 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend confirmed wagers except where explicitly provided for under the applicable sport or game rules.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on q889 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events in connection with bets placed on q889.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or card game formats to gain an unfair advantage.

09Intellectual Property

All content on q889.ws, including but not limited to the q889 brand name, logo, graphics, page layouts, game interfaces, software, text, and other materials, is the intellectual property of q889 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use q889.ws for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

10Limitation of Liability

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, q889 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including real money funds, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the severity of the breach and permitted by applicable law.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting q889 support. Voluntary closure does not automatically cancel pending withdrawal requests or outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
